Technology
Glassless mathematically models the distortion introduced by a presbyopic eye and uses that model to correct it at the source. By adjusting the light emitted by the display, we recover much of the lost contrast and sharpness, letting you use your phone without reaching for reading glasses.

A short self-assessment test sets the correction intensity. That value is combined with readings from the light sensor and an estimate of your viewing distance to model how light travels from the display into your eye. This is the basis for every correction that follows.

Glassless uses AI to run the image processing and rendering directly on your smartphone. The correction updates in real time when viewing conditions change, and recalculates when the screen content changes.

The corrected frame is rendered at the end of the graphics pipeline. Once it passes through your eye, it lands sharply on the retina - adapting content to your vision using only the hardware already in your hands.
