Glassless participates in L’Espresso’s Sette Idee per cambiare l’Italia
Glassless joins the “Medicina e Salute” category of L’Espresso’s innovation initiative.
Milan, Italy — 18 September 2026. Glassless has been selected to participate in Sette Idee per cambiare l’Italia, the initiative launched by L’Espresso to showcase Italian startups and innovative projects addressing some of the country’s most important challenges.

Innovation in medicine and health
Glassless participated in the “Medicina e Salute” category, dedicated to innovative solutions in diagnostics, therapies and digital health with the potential to generate measurable impact on people’s lives.
During the event, Glassless Co-Founder and CEO Arturo Catalano Gonzaga presented the company’s vision-correcting technology and its approach to addressing presbyopia through software. Rather than relying exclusively on traditional corrective lenses, Glassless adapts digital content to the user’s vision, with the aim of enabling people to interact with smartphones and other digital devices without reading glasses.
The participation gave Glassless the opportunity to present its technology alongside other Italian innovators and engage with a jury of investors, industry experts and representatives from the wider innovation ecosystem.
“We are proud to bring Glassless to a platform that puts Italian innovation and its impact on people at the centre.”
